Halong Bay ( 2 days 1 night trip)

I am so glad, me and mama can come together this time. The first time was with Mitch and as always
the beauty of the bay never fails to elicit the feeling of peace and timelessness. It has been there no matter
what and the grandeur is really breathtaking.

First was the four hour ride through three provinces. When you look closely at the picture, there are small houses. Mama asked me if who lives on those but they are actually tombs. That had me cracking.

Halong Bay..entrance. I was amazed that things are more organized this time. The boat staffs even have uniforms this time.

Enjoying the view at the upper deck before lunch.

I think it was the right place to have yoga with the wind and the view, it was perfect.

Some of the islets.

More of the islets

Our boat...took the picture when we were on a small boat going to the caves.

Some of the islets that we passed. This actually reminds me of the Trojan horse.

The view going up the cave.

The walk going up the caves. It was really tiring, just like going up Lourdes grotto.

The roof of the cave. They look like cocoons.

Me and mama inside the cave.

Mama squeezing herself through the rocks.

The rock formations.

More on the next post.
